1. About these terms
voltrik.shop is operated by Voltrik, based in Victoria, Australia ("Voltrik", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the site
You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or copying its content for commercial use. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
3. Products
We try to describe the Voltrik FlexLight as accurately as possible. Colours and images may vary slightly depending on your screen. Battery life and charging times are approximate and depend on the brightness level and how the light is used.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an obvious error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and the payment providers offered there. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
6. Shipping
We ship to the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds

8. Safe use
Use the product as directed. Do not use it in situations where a lighting failure could put you or others at risk. Keep it away from water, open flames and hot engine or exhaust parts, and charge it only with a standard USB-C charger.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not set out in these terms, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Voltrik name, logo, text, images, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You may also have rights under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed.
