Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to the United States.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–15 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Your FlexLight ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes 7–15 business days. Every order is fully tracked to your door.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your details on our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first update.

No. Any import duties are already included in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Any sales tax is shown at checkout.

Bend the 73cm flexible tube into any shape and it holds it. Snake it into a gap, wrap it around a pipe or hook it on the hood latch, then switch it on. Both hands stay free for the job.

There are 3 brightness levels. Use low for close detail work and high to light up a whole engine bay. Press the button to switch between them.

Up to 7 hours on a full charge. Run time depends on the brightness level you use.

Use the included USB-C cable with any USB wall adapter, car charger or power bank. A full charge takes about 2.5 hours. The wall adapter isn't included.

No. It's built for dry work areas, so keep it out of water and rain. Also keep it away from hot engine and exhaust parts.

Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify and fully encrypted. Your card details go straight to the payment provider, and we never see or store them.

Try it for 30 days. If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return and get a full refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. See our Refund Policy.

Email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. For damage in transit, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return or approving your claim. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
