Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order to the United States.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched by our fulfilment partners within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll get an order confirmation email straight away, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed. If you order a 2-Pack or 3-Pack, your lights may arrive in more than one parcel.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email, and you can also check your order on our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first update.
Delays
Deliveries can sometimes be delayed by carrier backlogs, customs, severe weather or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll chase it up with the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local post office, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Duties and taxes
Any import duties are included in the price. You won't pay anything extra on delivery. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can change the address only before your order is dispatched. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you confirm the right one.
